Reiki is Japanese for “universal life energy” and also describes a “hands on” natural healing system. It’s a simple, relaxing therapy that helps to reduce stress and anxiety by releasing blocked energy. A reiki treatment feels like a wonderful warming radiance is flowing through and around you. Your body will relax and your natural healing process will kick in, helping to restore physical and emotional wellbeing.

MASSAGE

Massage soothes and relaxes your body, providing relief from muscular tension and is a great way to the mind and body.

Indian head massage has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. Based on the ancient form of ayurvedic or “science of life” healing, it helps to release stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

SEATED ACUPRESSURE

Seated Acupressure is based on a traditional Japanese massage technique called “anma” which translates to “press and rub”. Using a sequence of movements, pressure is applied to over 60 acupressure points in your head, neck, shoulders and lower spine to stimulate nerve responses, release stress and muscle tension, helping to rebalance your mind and body.

Hello my name is Wendy I am the business Owner and thank you for visiting my website, my Business is based in the centre of Uppermill with 12 years experience with being a Reiki Practitioner/Master also I now have the pleasure in Teaching Reiki which is such a priviledge I offer a professional and reliable service to my clients. My aim is to bring comfort & understanding with treatments tailored to your needs. Treatments can be provided in the comfort of your own home. I am very passionate about the therapies I offer and always give my clients the time needed so they never feel rushed.

Before the treatments I always offer a full consultation enabling me to establish what the best treatment needed for their Health & Wellbeing. I am a member with the FHT. If you have an insurance policy with a Cash plan or other medical insurance you would be entitled to claim for Reiki from myself.

Workplace therapies-treatments are offered to employees either as part of a wellbeing programme on Monthly, quarterly or on Mental Health & stress Awareness days. These are tailored to the Company's budget.

APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE CANCELLED AT 48 HOURS NOTICE 50% OF THE PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED, APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED AT 24 HOURS NOTICE OR ON THE DAY FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED. (UNLESS COVID RELATED OR DUE TO ILLNESS)
